Clubhouse Rentals

Book Rental 

  • You must be a PLA member to rent the clubhouse for private events
  • Contact Nicky Migacz at to book an event
  • Access Rental Agreement on this page, submit along with deposit & certificate of insurance
  • Before event or when retrieving keys from Event Facilitator, Greg Marconi, pay remainder of rental fee

Rental Costs

  • Ballroom $500 (299 standing capacity / 206 w/tables & chairs) no heat or A/C – $250 security deposit
  • Pineroom $250 (200 standing capacity / 142 w/tables & chairs) heated & A/C – $125 security deposit
  • Sun Porch $200 (50 capacity) no heat or A/C – $100 security deposit
  • Pineroom Weekly Rental $175 (Tues-Wed-Thurs) $100 security deposit
    September through May… room must be cleaned or a $50 cleaning surcharge will be applied – this does not exclude school vacations.
  • Total Clubhouse Occupancy = 299

  • Rectangle (2.5 x 8 ft) seat 8 – can also be used for gift/buffet/desert or family style set-up (16 onsite)
  • Round (5 ft / 60” round) seat 8 – can also be used for appetizers or check-in tables (23 onsite)

Kitchen & Appliances

  • Refrigerator in Pineroom & there are several others in the kitchen that can be plugged in as needed
  • Kitchen available for your Caterer to use and to store food if needed.  Not available from June 15th to September 15th – during beach season

Decorate & Set-Up

  • Saturday Party … Friday after 8PM or day of party in AM
  • Sunday Party … in AM but if there is a rental previous night around 11AM
  • Evening parties should vacate the premises by 12 midnight
  • No helium balloons, fog machines or candles in any rooms
  • No decorations shall be taped to walls; streamers & party lights can be hung from ceiling tiles in Pineroom
  • Hanging décor from wooden beams in Ballroom is allowed


  • Lot can accommodate 30 cars comfortably (35 cars snugly)
  • No legal parking on the surrounding streets but at times, cars have been known totrickle onto surrounding streets (Eastlake & Westlake) without any problem.

Misc. / Other

  • Restroom access through Pineroom (1st Floor) if renting 2nd floor rooms
  • Clean room of all decorations & place all trash in garbage cans provided (trash will be removed by PLA)
  • Toilet tissue, soap & towels are fully stocked in bathrooms – you may spruce up lavatories w/additional décor
  • Dish soap in the kitchen for use, but you may want to bring your own sponge/scrubber
  • Cleaners, rags or brooms may be needed for your event (items are not supplied)
  • Please note: Lake draw down may take place after swim season in late September or early October – something to keep in mind for your event should you choose to use the lake for outside photos.
